Shipping Information

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED?
ART/DIY ART KIT ORDERS are shipped in a rigid mailing envelope. Each item is packaged in a sealed cellophane bag with stiff backing board to ensure safety in transit.
WALL DECAL ORDERS are shipped in either a rigid envelope for smaller sets in a sealed cellophane bag with stiff backing board, or a large rigid mailing tube inside a satchel for larger sets to ensure safety in transit.
PRINT ORDERS are shipped rolled in a sealed rigid mailing tube inside a satchel. All precautions are taken to ensure safety in transit.
FELT FLOWER ORDERS are shipped in a tracked box/satchel wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safety in transit.
BLANKET ORDERS are shipped in a calico bag, inside a satchel to ensure safety in transit.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
ART/DIY ART KIT ORDERS have flat rate shipping which is added at checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post with priority post or registered post tracking.
WALL DECAL ORDERS have shipping included in their cost – which means no overcharging on shipping! Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided to you.
PRINT ORDERS have flat rate tracked shipping which is added at checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and tracking will be provided to you.
FELT FLOWER ORDERS have flat rate tracked shipping which is added at checkout. Orders are shipped via Sendle and tracking will be provided to you.
BLANKET ORDERS have flat rate shipping which is added at checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post and we will provide tracking to you. 

IF YOU PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS you are only charged one flat rate shipping fee. 

PLEASE NOTE: You will be provided with tracking details if applicable, after items have been shipped via email. If your order fails to arrive or is damaged in transit, please lodge the appropriate forms on the Australia Post website. If an incorrect address is given whilst ordering, a re-delivery charge will apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to USA, NZ & Canada. Items that we can ship internationally: art, DIY art kits, wall decals and prints. For an international shipping quote if you live outside these countries, please contact us via our contact form.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, we assume that you are aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. We will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact me to arrange before ordering. Please be aware that Express Post is for postage only. It will not rush your order. If you wish to rush your order, you may incur a 15% fee.

Order Processing/Delivery Time Frames

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. During busy times of year, production time may increase.

POSTAGE TIMES DURING COVID-19 
As you are aware, there are shipping delays worldwide due to Covid-19. Please refer to these estimated delivery times to avoid disappointment if you have a time frame around needing your order to arrive.
Australian Standard Letter Post: Allow up to 21 business days.
Australian Priority Letter Post: Allow up to 14 business days. 
Australian Registered Post: Allow up to 21 business days.
Australian Parcel Post: Allow up to 21 business days.
Australian Express Post: Allow 1-7 business days.

OTHER INFORMATION
If you need to rush your order, please contact me prior to purchasing to ensure I can make and send your items in the time frame you need them in. Rush orders may incur a 15% fee.

During checkout, you will be prompted to register an account with us. Creating an account will allow you to log in to our website and keep track of your order history with us. Your account will contain details about your purchases to make your future purchases quicker and easier for you!

We will collect shipping details from you during the checkout process. After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, or if any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Payments are made via Paypal and Afterpay. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal, as there is an option of using your Debit/Credit Card.

Orders are not started until order payment has cleared in our account.

Will the wall decals leave sticky marks or cause damage to my walls?

SHORT ANSWER
No!

LONG ANSWER
Our fabric wall decals use a unique low-tack glue technology that leaves no sticky residue on 99% of surfaces & won’t set on your walls over time! You can use them on virtually any smooth, flat surface (inside & out)! They can be applied, removed and reused many times over! They won’t tear or crease and if the glue side is accidentally scrunched up it can simply be pulled apart with no damage to the decal.

To get the best from your decals, its important to fully read your ‘Decal Information and Care Sheet’ provided with your decals before use. If you are unsure which decals are the right fit for you, simply order one of our sample packs to try them out first!

Are the wall decals removable?

Yes, they absolutely are! They can be applied, removed and reused for as long as they are taken care of!

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not offered.

PaperLee will only offer a refund or exchange if the item you purchased is defective or damaged. Please contact me and provide a clear photo of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order. The issuing of a return or exchange is at the discretion of PaperLee.

Are PaperLee Art pieces prints?

No! PaperLee Art pieces are NOT prints. Each Art piece is handmade by myself from scratch. #thisisnotaprint

All Art pieces have each individual piece of cardstock cut out, and carefully collaged together using special tapes and glues to create perfect Art pieces. They are often mistaken for prints because of the high level of perfection in each detail.

Items have a professional handmade appearance and are not factory made. It is possible that your item/s will have characteristics that make it unique, and by finalising your purchase you agree that small imperfections are part of what makes a handmade item wonderful. If you find an actual manufacturing fault, please contact me immediately so I can rectify the situation.

Does my Art come framed?

Unfortunately no, your Art piece does not come framed. It will arrive to you in a rigid mailer box which doubles as a safe storage place when it is not in use. It is sealed inside a clear cello bag for safe keeping and to ensure it does not get water damaged.

Budget friendly framing can be found in: Ikea, Reject Shop, Kmart, Target and eBay.

Art Colouring

At PaperLee we do our very best to ensure that our product photos are accurate representations of the colours used in our Art. However, due to differences in computer monitors and device screens, there may be some slight difference in the colours. If you’re after a very specific shade/colouring please contact us and we will endeavour to provide you with samples of the colours prior to ordering.

Custom Orders

Are you after custom Art? Feel free to contact me and let me know what you’re after. I am more than happy to discuss custom colour and design options with you and will assist wherever possible.
